We have a meticulous qualifying process for our listed candidates.

​

For those applying for Home Management and Corporate Support positions, most candidates have at least full-time 5+ years (cumulative) of professional experience.

​

For those applying for Professional Nanny and Governess positions, most candidates have at least full-time 5+ years (cumulative) of professional private home childcare experience OR possess a bachelor's degree, optimally in a child-related area of study, and have a minimum of 3 years of part-time, full-time and/or relief private home childcare experience.

NOTE:  Most of our placements actually have closer to 10 years of private home experience.

​

All prospective candidates must also at least have:

• Three excellent verifiable employer

• Three outstanding character references

• No criminal history

• Clear motor vehicle report free of alcohol-related violations and moving violations 

• Possess a high school diploma or GED

• Transportation to and from work (unless one will live-in or car is provided for work-related use)

• Proper legal documentation to be eligible to work

• Speak fluent English
